From download to your first AI agent in under 5 minutes.
Download AgentVibe
Head to agentvibe.run and download the app. It's free, works on Mac, and you don't need to create an account.
Open the installer, drag AgentVibe to your Applications folder, and launch it. That's the hardest part -- and it's already done.
On first launch, macOS may ask you to confirm opening the app. Click Open to continue. AgentVibe will also check that Docker is available and walk you through setup if needed.
Add your AI key
Your agent needs an AI model to think. An API key is like a password that lets your agent talk to AI providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
Open AgentVibe and go to Settings > API Keys. Paste your key and click Save. It's stored on your machine and never sent anywhere else.
Don't have a key yet? Here's where to get one:

Not sure which to pick? Anthropic Claude Sonnet is a great all-rounder -- smart, fast, and affordable. Most templates use it by default. You can always switch later.
Pick a template
Click Deploy New Agent and browse the template gallery. Each template is a ready-to-go agent with a personality, recommended model, and suggested settings.
Here are three popular ones to start with:
Your daily planner. Tracks tasks, answers questions, and sends you a morning briefing. Great for staying organized.
Answers common questions, handles requests, and keeps a friendly tone. Useful for small businesses or solo founders.
Searches the web, evaluates sources, and writes structured summaries. Perfect for market research or deep dives on any topic.
Click a template to select it. You can tweak the name and emoji, or just go with the defaults.
Click Deploy
Review your choices and click Deploy. AgentVibe handles everything automatically:
- Downloads the agent image (first time only, about 30 seconds)
- Sets up your agent with the right personality and model
- Verifies everything is healthy
You'll see a progress indicator as each step completes. When you see the green checkmark, your agent is live.
The first deploy takes a little longer because the agent image needs to download. After that, new agents spin up in seconds.
Start chatting
Your agent is ready. Click Open Chat or head to the Chat page in the sidebar. Send a message and watch your AI respond in real time.
Your conversations are saved on your machine, so you can always pick up where you left off.
Want to chat from your phone? Go to Connected Apps to set up Telegram, Discord, or any other channel. Your agent responds there with the same personality and memory.
Meet Parrot
AgentVibe comes with a built-in helper called Parrot. It lives in the corner of the app and can answer questions about anything in AgentVibe -- how to connect Telegram, how to switch models, what a template does, or how to troubleshoot. Just ask.
