1. What you're agreeing to

By creating an AgentVibe account or installing the AgentVibe desktop app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

AgentVibe is a desktop application and supporting web platform that lets you deploy and manage AI agents. The agents themselves run on hardware you control (your local machine, your VPS, your home server). The web platform handles authentication, tier management, friend-invite coordination, and (for pro users) license issuance.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for the security of your Google account, which is the credential you use to sign in. We don't store passwords.
• One human, one account. You may sign in to multiple devices; you may not share a single account across multiple people.
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). If you're under those ages, ask a guardian to set up an account on your behalf.

4. Bring-your-own-key model

AgentVibe doesn't include LLM inference. Your agents call the model provider of your choice (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, etc.) using API keys you provide. Those keys live in your OS credential store or environment; the platform never sees them. You are solely responsible for the costs and terms of those upstream providers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use AgentVibe to:

• Build or operate agents that violate the law, harass people, or generate content that abuses minors.
• Distribute malware via the Deploy-for-a-Friend flow. Friend invites are a trust surface; abuse will result in account termination and may result in our reporting you to law enforcement.
• Reverse-engineer the platform to bypass tier gates. (For self-hosting at scale, talk to us about an enterprise license instead.)
• Resell access to AgentVibe as a managed service without explicit authorization. (We have a separate product, 91agents, for that.)

6. Plans and billing

• Free tier supports 1 active agent on local-desktop or docker-local hosts. No subscription required.
• Tester tier (30 days, granted by friend invite) unlocks all features for the grant period; multiple invites stack expiration.
• Pro is a one-time license purchase — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Current pricing and the feature breakdown are on agentvibe.run/#pricing. Purchases are processed by our payment partner (Dodo Payments or Lemon Squeezy), acting as merchant of record.
• A pro license covers the current major version (v1) and every v1.x update. Future major versions (v2 and later) are optional, separately priced upgrades — buying v1 never obligates you to pay anything again.
• Refunds: any pro license purchase can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. Details in our Refund Policy.

7. Your data

You own everything you create with AgentVibe — your agents, their memory, their workspace files, the data they produce. We don't claim a license to any of it. We hold only the metadata described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete that metadata at any time.

8. Disclaimers

AgentVibe is provided “as is.” We do our best, but software has bugs and infrastructure has outages. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that bugs will be fixed within any specific timeframe, or that the agents you build will be fit for any particular purpose. Use your judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice when practical. Existing local agents on your devices continue to run regardless — they were never on our servers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
